I picked it up last week and been playing it for these past few days. All the games play just like they did in the arcade. Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix is a blast to play as well.
There's already 2 threads with thoughts on SFA Anthology. But yeah, go get it. It's arcade perfect. The games are awesome. You can't lose.
Sorry about starting another thread, didn't see any mention of it in this forum.
It's 7 arcade perfect Street Fighter games in one for $30 (SFA, SFA2, SFA2Gold, SFA3, SFA3 Upper, HyperSFA, and Gem Fighter) My parents paid $70 for SF2 on the Snes when it first came out. Do the math
I picked it up yesterday and I think it's a blast. Was pleasantly surprised to see both pro-scan support and hdd support. The games play like a dream - $30 well spent!
Only problem is, now I wanna see if I can track down another copy of SF Anniversary Collection.
I picked and up yesterday and I am loving it. It just shows how much I suck at street fighter now. I was good when alpha first came out and now I suck. Oh well, practice can never hurt.
I got lucky that my EB messed up the price, so I got it for $20 new. Definitely a great game, although SFA3 Max is just the arcade version, so I see a reason to pick it up on PSP.
Even though its "arcade perfect" its still not perfect in every sense.... no world tour mode in SFA3 is dissappointing... they should have included the console version of SFA 3 in addition to the arcade version.

There is no world tour mode becuase it is arcade perfect. The DC version of SFA 3 had a alot of problems and wasn't the best port. I rather have an arcade perfect port of SFA 3 then the DC version with the World Tour mode.

Um why cant they include the DC or PSX version in addition to the arcade one? And what problems did the DC/PSX versions really have? I really had no problems playing it on DC at all... I'd prefer the extra modes.
