Any way to check my Wii's IP Address?

Are you talking about your Wii's IP on your LAN?

Depending on your router, you might be able to view all connected devices. Of course your IP might change as well from time to time depending on how your router is setup.

If your just talking about your external IP (the one your ISP gives you), it will be the same as any other computer connected to your network so you can just go www.whatismyip.com.
 
I mean the actual IP address assigned to my Wii.

For example my PS3 is 192.168.1.105
My laptop is 192.168.1.101
My iPhone is 192.168.1.108
And so on
 
As I said before, you need to check through your router's firmware. You can usually access that at 192.168.1.1. If that doesn't work, check and see where that address is typically for your router. Once there usually looking either through a status page, or list of wireless devices will show what devices are connected and their associated IP addresses.

Outside of that, the only way I know to do it is to use Wii Homebrew, which you are on your own there.
