Any way to force 360 to factory/default resolution?

I got the final cable so that I could use my 360 on my DVI-input LCD monitor along with audio, but as I was tinkering with the resolution settings within the 360 video menu, I accidently hit and confirmed the 1900x1200 something instead of the 1600x1050 setting.

Now my monitor, as well as my TV (tried to go back to VGA on the TV) do not display anything when the 360 boots up, though I can hear all the chiprs and beeps when I move through the options.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Or can anyone list the joystick movements as well as the # of ups/downs/button presses it takes to reach the video options and the 1900x1200 resolution, so I can fix this?

Any help is appreciated

Nevermind, some help file from microsoft.com tells you to boot up with the left trigger and Y to force default resolution and from there you can change that.
