Anybody heard news on NASCAR 2010 yet?

EA, in their infinite ability to disappoint on a yearly basis, has realized, "hey, no one is buying our games". The problem is they seem to think it's because there aren't enough NASCAR fans when in reality it's because they have been making shitty games since NASCAR 2006.

What I heard is they are aiming for a more casual audience while they re-evaluate the sim-like approach. I don't think we;ll be seeing another NASCAR game on the PS3/360 until at least 2011...but who knows what E3 has in store?
 
I loved 2009 until my save got corrupted and lost everything I had done(full truck, full nationwide and half sprint seasons) and didn't want to touch the game again.
 
heard Ea is giving up its licence and wont be a new nascar game till 2011 (if any at all) it was the same game the last what 3 years now.
 
I thought the inclusion of NASCAR stuff in GT5 pretty much meant the end of NASCAR-specific games. The last few were turrrrrible so while I'm happy they took some time off, I hope they're using the break in releases to fix... everything.
