^^ Basically up above and I don't remember the name of the song, but he sampled James Brown's The Boss. Anyone know which one it is?

Come to think of it, I wouldn't mind just a general site that cites (mouthful) what tracks/artists an artist has sampled or used. Maybe zewone knows? JEKKI perhaps?

I don't know how it's updated or how often it is but it's the biggest database that I know of in one site. Some songs and artist they have a lot of known samples listed but on the other hand people like Kanye only have a few songs listed even though it's obvious that his whole career is baed off of sampling.

Anyway, I know he's sampled it, but I can't remember off of what or on what album or where I heard it.

On topic, I've found a few sampled tracks by searching through Wiki before. That might work.

And OP, I hope you didn't hear freestyle or Mixtape track. If you did, it just got 10x harder.
 
I don't believe it was a freestyle or mixtape track. I'm 99% certain on that. It was an actual album he was on (either one of his solo work or him being on someone else's album or on an OST or something to that effect)
