I'm considering a few Nintendo DS import titles from Yesasia.com. Has anyone dealt with them in the past? How was your experience?

Yes they are fine, I've ordered lots of stuff from them (mostly music). They ship outta San Bruno, CA, so I get stuff fairly quickly (it's like 20 minutes away).

I've had good experiences with them... I think I've ordered more import games from them than any other website. Their customer service is pretty decent and responsive. Like other import sites, getting your stuff can be really slow, since the products are from Asia. But I believe they have a warehouse they ship orders from in CA, so their orders often have delivery confirmation numbers.

If they have the product from the US warehouse, you will get it in no time. If not, it will take a while.

My last two orders took 3+ weeks (one still never made it, so they're sending me another copy) after they got stock in the warehouse and sent out shipping confirmation. And like humidore & 62t, I'm from the Bay Area, so it used to be the item getting to the warehouse was the more significant part of the wait.

I ordered a title from them and it took quite a while to get it....

i was more pleased with playasia shipping tbh but usally get it from whoever has it cheaper.

Just had a good experience - ordered Ouendan (DS) from them with free shipping and got it within 8 days. Great packaging - the game came wrapped in bubble wrap as well as an interesting Japanese game magazine (Game Wave?) All in all I was very, very happy.

I love Yesasia. They may not have the fastest service but they're a reliable site that sells a lot of stuff I can't find anywhere else (it's hard to find OSTs for Asian dramas and stuff.) I ordered stuff a week ago and got it within 3 days. Other times, I've had to wait a couple of weeks but the wait is definately worth it.

The only problem with YesAsia is they don't tend to restock a lot of the older stuff...once they're out of stock, that's it for that item.

My Bad. I glanced through it, saw many, many, many kanji that I didn't recognize (I only know the really basic ones) and made a wrong assumption.

i got naruto 4 and pukkan controller case from them for $66 about the same as i wouldve paid if i preordered it, i think their price was fair and it had free shipping, took about 2-3 weeks to get here, nice packaging as well
yesasia is ok, but shipping is usually very slow! also if you guys do not know about it, the prices listed for all items are 20-40% more expensive the the actual items from most other places.
What "most other places" are you talking about? For importing games, I've found YesAsia to generally be the least expensive online and their prices are comparable to retail prices in Asia (which is what you can expect to pay if you're importing). If you're talking about stuff physically on sale in Japan, that's kind of a moot point for the majority of people on CAG who are not in Asia and have to import.

actually some of us do know the price in Asia. For example Bleach DS cost HK$320 at Mong Kok, about US$41.13. The Yesasia price of $45 shipped is very resonable. If you are talking about Japan, the price for new release is even higher.

the price for the first day is usually $30-40 higher. But I got JSS 2 days after it came out for $34.99 after $5coupon from yesasia when most place are selling it for $270-300.
