I go to A&T and I never heard anything about this =\
it's only for xbox live gold members and i think you had to sign up for it a few months ago on xbox.com. it's gonna be a "Gears of War Party" with systems to play GOW multiplayer with Epic developers and microsoft staff.
This is what the invite e-mail said:
