Anyone ever ordered from Monoprice.com?

They supply cables to most CAG members, I'd say.

Their CS is pretty good, but they're probably closed on weekends.

The green cable doesn't carry the color green, it carries luminance (the black and white image). If the colors are off and you've ruled out the other hardware problems, it would be either the blue or the red cable that's the problem. Not that it really matters, of course.
 
Are you sure it's not your equipment?

They won't answer emails on Sunday. I've ordered from them about 5 times and have had no problems with any of the cables I get from them.
