Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone here has ever returned a shipment from T-Mobile.com before? I was charged $191.04 for an order I had placed that just got shipped today. The phones should be arriving tomorrow, at which point Customer Care directed me to refuse the shipment for it to be returned to their warehouse. They continued by describing this would automatically post in their system upon the refusal, and once they receive the phones in a few days they will provide me with a refund.
I have read nothing but horror stories online with T-Mobile, including with returns and refunds. They said I should have my money back by next Wednesday (eta).
Just wondering if anyone has any experience, and any pointers on things I should expect?
