Anyone Ever Use Intothegame game rental service?

I thought I would be smart and sign up for the free trials on all these rental services, and then cancel before they charge me. Then I could try out all these hot new titles. Boy, do I regret this decision.

I signed up with intothegame.com, and it has been a nightmare. First they jerk me around on the free trial, sending out my rental late, and claiming to give me an extra free week, but it didn't happen. I was promptly charged on my credit card. I called last week to cancel the service, and was transferred to the manager. This guy gives me grief for wanting to leave his service, and finally says he will take care of it, and cancel my account. Instead, my account remains active, and I was never given a refund back. now I am worried that these guys are scam artists, and they can happily charge me over and over. Plus, their website is dog slow, confusing, and hard to find where to update your que. Anyone else have similiar experiences with them?
 
Dude, I have nothing but a great experince with intothegame. I have been a member for about 4 months now and I have never had a problem. First every game I have wanted I got, never had to wait more than a couple of days to get them, and the only time I had problem with billing they promptly fixed it. I think that maybe if you tried contacting customer service they could get things straightened out for you. The manager is just going to get you try to stay no matter what, customer service is paid to take care of these issues.

Plus maybe this is karma coming to get you. Trying to get all those games for free, come on, that just isn't right. It's one thing to try out a service and not like it, but it is another to go into the trial not intending to sign-up at all.
