Anyone ever use Ringophone.com?

Has anyone signed up with ringophone.com? I know how many shady cell phone ringtone sites there are and was wondering if this was just another one. I normally wouldn't even bother, but they have lots of cool ringtones from video games (Guile's theme from Street Fighter 2 baby!!!!!).
So just wondering if anyone knows the reputation of this site (or knows of any other places that have as many video game theme ringtones that's legit).
