Anyone Ever Use Sprint SERO Plan?

I've seen threads and threads about this everywhere, but the more i read about it the more confused I get. I guess you use to be able to do everything online but now you have to call Sprint? Can someone who has used this great deal please explain how to go about doing this?
 
I did it the day it came out. It's awesome. I don't remember how I did it, but I remember it took a lot of calls to get it done.
