Anyone good at making desktop wallpaers?

i have that image and if you could just put the name of the game, "condemned" in bad ass font on the left hand side. I don't even have a clue how so if someone could help me out.

and maybe remove that healthbar too if you could. also feel free to add anything if it makes it look better.
