Anyone gotten BB Reward Zone coupons? I am having trouble printing them.

After talking to a BB no customer service rep, I have to wait a week before I can try to print them. Apparently you get 2 tries and then the coupons are locked out. Also you can't use Netscape, Firefox, etc, only IE will work. That was my problem, and there was no disclaimer in my email that it would only work with IE.

Yea, I've printed them with no problem. They won't work w/ Firefox, true, but when I first tried using it it didn't even get to a point to where it would count that I had tried to print them.

Open in IE, print, no problem. :)

Apparently I only had 2 tries, its a big screw up. Anyway for security reasons they won't let me try anymore according to the no customer service rep.
 
You can use a different computer I think , make sure it's got a different IP address. Those Schmucks at BB call centers don't know JACK.

I actually did that, and it didn't work. They are also authenticated with the member ID # for the reward zone card. I was just pissed that I couldn't use a non IE product and there was no warning that it would screw things up.
 
I made a post about 3 weeks ago about this, I was on the phone and the BISH told me I had to use NETSCAPE NAVIGATOR to print the coupon because they didn't support IE.

Your kidding! This is bullshit, I hate when no customer service reps do that crap.
 
How did you print the same coupon more then once. Is there a limit?? Can't yuo just go in and set your printer to print 100 coupons and get tones of money? Couldn't you just make copies of this? Not that I would do this by the way. Im just asking! I get mine through the mail. There has to be a way that they only work once or people would be making counterfit coupons and ripping best buy off. If not thery are really stupid.

After one use these coupon ID's go void so there is no use in printing out multiples

Sadly enough,I see it happen all too often! Then the people get all upset and defensive about their coupons.
