Anyone had a problem like this with Amazon?

I had to cancel an order that hadn't shipped yet and part of the order was paid for with a gift card. I still haven't gotten my gift card money refunded and I've emailed customer service. All they did was tell me my balance and the last 2 orders I used a gift card on and their amounts.

Nope, I've had nothing but great service from them.

I ordered an item, got the wrong item, called, they sent me a new one with one day shipping, still got the wrong item..


had to return them both, but my GC was returned right away to me

I had a similar thing happen to me recently (damn Radio Allergy cancellation), but they refunded my gift cert right away (before they sent me the cancellation email actually).
