Right, Easter. I would strongly assume "cost of item" only. Anything else would be dumb on their part. There not opening
Why would you hope that? What does it matter to you whether starmask2k3 gets a full refund? That's kind of spiteful.1. I would seriously hope not, as that should be considered a non-refundable convenience charge.
Starmask's situation aside, I don't like the thought of a business losing money that they can't get back (the non-refundable cost of shipping the item to someone because they didn't/couldn't go to the store and pick it up) just because a customer changed their mind. Why would you hope that?
LOL. You're not getting anything back except an exchange on open media/software.The dvd wasn't in stock and it keeps skipping and I cleaned it and it keeps skipping
He's not going to exchange it for his money. What? If the DVD isn't in stock in store, what exactly is he going to exchange it for?
It's a DVD. I'm sure they can find him a copy unless he's participating in the "Free rental program" and doesn't want the exchangeOpen music, movies, video games, and software cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for the same title on the same or different gaming platform.
