I got a micro because I still play a ton of GBA games. I didn't like how the ds makes GBA games stick out and then there is that unused screen. I really like the Micro even though I have never bought a second Nintendo console just because they changed the color or made it smaller.
The micro had loads of facplates around I think when it was first released but there aren't any now. You can buy the black, silver, famicom faceplates on nintendo.com but I want some original design ones. I don't want vinyl stickers I would like the faceplates. I have heard faceplates are still sold in Japan but I can't find any import stores that have them in stock. I am not looking for a great deal, just any site that has a good selection of GBA Micro faceplates. I would like some faceplates as I can have backup screens in case I scratch the screen.
