The award ceremony is on 9/28 at the Podcast and New Media Expo in Ontario, California.

JJSP - ontario is actually closer to you than he would be. I live about 15-20 mins west from ontario (w/no traffic).

I wouldn't mind helping out, but only if there's no one that could make it. I'm in the same boat a blood. I don't know much about this type of medium. Curious to see the "new" media though.

I'm not against going, but I'm not sure I'm representative of CAG. Didn't wanna step on any (virtual) toes. Linkin's been here a lot longer than I have.
 
You do have a point. Most likely cheapy already asked other mods/long time cag's already and their unable to make it. Hence the original post. Then again I could be wrong and he posted it regardless.

I would do it but I've got plans for that day. That and I don't know shit about podcasts, apart from using the "Suscribe" and "Check for Updates" buttons on iTunes.
 
I've already shaved my head in the past -- I'd do it again to be part of the CAGcast tho:

I just realized this is for "free"? Hmm I might check out the exhibitions then. DEagle, if you plan on going let me know. I still owe you a drink from last years E3.
 
I live about 30 minutes away and visit Ontario just about every Friday, I'm not sure what my schedule looks like on that date, so I will have to get back to you. I am interested however (though I haven't been here very long).

I hate my job and will lie to them and say that I have a doctor's appointment that afternoon. I have both Shipwreck and Mrs. Shipwreck on my friend's list from before they were popular. I provided you a scoop on the full list of TRU store closings two years ago. I drove all the way to the Kotaku(Joystiq?) E3 party in Santa Monica to meet you and ended up having to make small talk with some of the nerds there until I finished eating my pizza.

Edit: I forgot to add that I have a huge E-Penis and am willing to fight DesertEagle to the death.

I'm positive. I played HS football. I once scored 4 touchdowns in one game.
