Anyone see this GS online order glitch before?

I preordered Portal 2 a while back using two gift cards, and when I checked the order later in my account, it looks like this:

When ordering, I first entered a $20 card I had gotten for my birthday, and then a card that had about $60 or so remaining on it. The card that had about $60 shows $0, and the $20 shows the full $20 being used.

So, anyone ever see this before? Is this just a glitch in the way it displays, or is it only going to charge me $20 to the one card when this ships?

Why did you attempt to use the $20 one first and not just use the $60-ish one to pay off the entire preorder?

Moreover, why have you not contacted GS customer service regarding this issue before too much time has passed?

They would be the ones to talk to regarding a glitch of any kind.

But have you tried to check the balance of one or both of those gift cards since you placed this order?

Chances are they did refund the one card partially or whatever by now. But if not, then call them @ 1-800-883-8895. Have your order number and any gift cards you used handy.

Because this way, after this order, I'll only have one GS gift card to carry around instead of two.

Because the thought of possibly getting Portal 2 for $20 is enticing, and GS would surely fix the error (if there is one) if I called them about it.

I did. Both cards still show their full balance, so it seems GS doesn't actually "charge" a gift card until the order ships.

Technically, had you simply used the gc with $60-ish on it you would have only had the one GS gc remaining(the $20 one).

If you have $60 or so on the one gift card, then that should have paid for the full amount of the pre-order and they shouldn't even touch the $20 gc. But how exactly are you getting Portal 2 for $20 by doing this pre-order? I don't quite understand.
