Anyone seen a cheap computer?

CAGiversary!
Hey all. Looking to see if anyone has seen a good deal on a cheap desktop/laptop. Preferably a laptop. Nothing fancy I guess, maybe enough to do some Photoshop work.

Thanks to whoever posts! :)

Office Max usually has some pretty decent sub-$500 machines.

Also, if you have a Circuit City nearby, you might want to see if they have any "Open Box" stuff, usually they have really good prices cuts on those. I think Bestbuy does the same, but I know CC does.

Check Walmart as well, never know what you're bound to find there.

keep checking best buy
saw a 99 $ acer laptop at radio shack. Idk the specs tho as I paid zero attention to it
That's the Acer netbook on sale for $100 with a 2-year contract with AT&T for 3G service. Keep in mind that the monthly fee for that is about $40.

Define cheap, what price range? You already know this but I'll say it anyways, you will get more bang for your buck with a desktop.

iif you could hook a modem into this somehow (or can you hook hi spped into this) It would be a very nice little computer if you just wanted to play basic online games (pogo, big fish games)
