Anyone selling a cheap Pokemon Dash (Nintendo DS)?

I've wanted this game since it was released (I'm a Pokemon fan, so kill me) but I don't think it's worth the $29.99 price tag. Does anyone here happen to have a cheap, used copy for sale? I'd be willing to offer like $13 for it.

I also have a few games for trade, but no list compiled so I'd have to get a list of your wants and see if I have anything.
