Apple TV ? New One - 3/16/2012

I am not sure if the new apple tv product will be any good. It has the 1080 p capability but unsure if subscription service is required. I read reviews and it looks good to me. Any advice or feedback is appreciated.

I really like my apple tv. Basically a Netflix play that you can use AirPlay with and watch iTunes content on.

When you said netflix so it has to be a paid subscription? I can't watch free movies on the apple tv?

No you cannot watch free movies as far as I know...

AppleTV is designed as a streaming device (YouTube, Netflix, iTunes, NBATV, MLBTV, AirPlay). Streaming services require the associated accounts, but the device itself does not.

If you have Movies/muisc on a computer with iTunes it will stream the movies from your iTunes for free.

Other then that Nothing is free on atv other then Movie Trailers Youtube and Podcast etc.
