Are any Best Buy RZ Silver members getting charged for expedited shipping?

I have been a RZ Silver member for a few years now. One of the perks has been that besides getting free standard shipping a RZ Silver member can upgrade to free "Expedited Shipping" at no extra cost. This for me has been great because all my orders typically arrive in 1-3 days.

However this week every order I have placed has showed the "Free Expedited Shipping" on the checkout page but I have been charged shipping after the fact. I'm going to call Best Buy customer service and try and get a credit but before I do I was wondering if something has changed that I wasn't aware of.

Check the BB FIFA thread from today. JR got charged for expedited shipping even though he is a Silver member too.

Personally haven't made any BB orders for shipping in a few weeks now so I can't say I have any experience yet.

Bump...yeah this is still going on, I got charged for expedited on that COD Ghosts Prestige deal. Did the charges go away for you guys?

After a lot of back and forth, they basically refunded me the shipping.

Had to raise all sorts of hell for them to refund the sales tax as well, since they charged me $200 on $30 worth of items and calculated sales tax on the total.

They know that there's a glitch in the system...So for now, I've gone back to just choosing standard shipping.

Even though I ended up getting $50 for the inconvenence caused, it really wasn't worth calling them THAT many times. (3 orders, around $400 in shipping, over 15 calls).
