Such as NES, SNES, Genesis?
I used to want EVERYTHING to come complete... boxes and manuals and all that jazz. The real kicker was that I generally paid alot more for older games, just to get them complete.
It looks great in a collection, but the fact is there are still some games I want to play and check out, however they are alot cheaper if I got them cart only.
Seeing as how I don't even read the manuals (most of these older games are easy to figure out, as opposed to say, current generation stuff), and the boxes are hard to take care of being cardboard and all, I think my point of view is starting to change.
Seeing as how a ton of CAG's collect older stuff, what is your opinion on this? Do you favor complete copies, or do cart only games work for you?
