Are there any adaptors that allow original PSX controllers to be used on PS3?

CAGiversary!
I currently have 4 DS3 controllers and am wondering if there are any convertors that would allow original PS1/PSX controllers to be used on a PS3 in case I needed more? It would be nice, just in case I can get a big local game of Bomberman Ultra.

Most of the ones I've seen don't specify PS1, and if they do, they mention the PS1 DS, not the original controllers without the analog controls.

I have an Elecom one that worked fine for me using the PS1 digital-pad only controller when playing Street Fighter.

I used a an PS2 controller to USB Adaptor that I bought from Radioshack a long time ago, it worked, but not perfectly.

Best one is the InPIN one which has no lag when playing. It even has a playstation home button on it for PS2 games. However, the thing is one of the more expensive converters. Usually 3-6 times more money hten the standard 5-10 dollar ones on ebay. This one is more along 30-40 dollars

PS2 and PS1 controllers are essentially the same. The go both ways. ;)

And why in the hell would you want to use a controller without the analog sticks anyway? Do you need a NES to PS3 adapter too? :???:
