Are these 3 N64 games worth $30 total?

I was in a local pawn shop earlier today and saw these 3 games. All were complete with boxes and instructions. They were all resealed too. Should I pick them up? My knowledge of N64 games is not up to par. Any advice is appreciated.

You MAY be able to find them cheaper, but with box and instructions thats a decent deal...I'd probably pick them up if I didn't have them for that price. If all else fails you can more than recover your money on E-bay

definitely for complete copies. i think the MPs go for a lot, although i don't know why. kind of a lame series. but definitely grab Majora's Mask and Mario Tennis.
