It looks official, they probably came out of some kind of bundle and they bought them as overstock.

Those look official. The important point is that they market them as official. If you were to buy one and realize that it wasn't official, you could always get a full refund. Ebay would definitely side with you if they're selling counterfeits as official merchandise.
