new 1.02 patch came out yesterday. It fixes various online issues mainly in versus. There's less slowdown in coop I've noticed. The voip works much better though. You can almost talk during loading screens. Changelog, I think: http://forums.ea.com/mboards/thread.jspa?threadID=346353&tstart=0

As for thoughts, I agree with everyone that the game feels unpolished. The controls feel a lot to be desired. Sometimes it feels like they tried too hard with the coop thing with the 2 man button press like daminion said. Overall though, I think it's a great coop campaign. Just about to beat it with smiggity and having a really good time. Debating whether to replay it later. The versus mode feels a little ghetto, but fun as well. It's hard to find a ranked match, but much easier to find an unranked match.

the coop is a ton of fun, me and smiggity beat it. I'm not sure if I'd want to go through the coop again though.
