Assassins Creed 2 Delux Edition for PC $44.95

Buying this game is the same thing as saying you are ok with ubisoft personally screwing you over. Just my personal opinion. Good price though...maybe when Nubisoft takes off the aweful DRM I may consider getting it.

It's also saying "I'm a PC gamer, and I buy my games." Buying their games makes them think that the DRM is working, while boycotting their games makes them think that PC gaming is dead, and they should stop making PC games. Kind of a catch 22, but given the choice, I'll take PC games with DRM over no PC games at all. Plus, I've had an always-on internet connection for the past 10 years, so their DRM doesn't effect me at all.

If you really want to send a message, buy their game and write them a letter, as a consumer, complaining about their DRM.

I might buy their game after it hits $5, but no way am I paying for a $45 game that shuts off if Comcast decides to have an outage. How about we employ a payment DRM --- so, that when they shut off my game, I will shut off my dollars going to them.
