Assassin's Creed back to $9.98 @ Amazon PS3/360

I bought this, Prince of Persia, and Riddick a little while ago with the TRU B2G1 free dealy, and they've all dropped drastically since then. I actually LOST money by doing that, haha.
 
I bought one and had it shipped free since Amazon gave me a prime trial on Black Friday. If I don't like it I can probably make back most of my $10 by selling it on Ebay.

I must say that their Prime trial gimmick worked pretty well on me. I dropped $55 on Blu-Ray movies after they offered it to me, and bought some Xmas gifts for the family from them too.

Amen. It's one thing to be bummed that you stayed up later than you had to / spent more than you needed to and it's another thing to blame Amazon for you choosing how to spend your own money and when.
 
I'm not upset that other people are getting the game at the same "lightning deal" price that I got it for, I'm just upset that I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning to get a deal that I assumed would be a one time only "lightning deal". I've been missing a lot of sleep for these deals, and it turns out it was all somewhat pointless.

But again, good for everybody else to get in on this that wasn't able to before.

Why would you ever assume that any deal is a one time only deal?

I would suggest you never go car shopping alone.

Thanks OP, picked this one up.

I am with the others that tried out the Amazon Prime free trial. I have made maybe 7 different orders as i find deals through out the days, it was so nice just to be able to order it and not have to keep searching to make the $25+ deal for free shipping.

Just got my copy for PS3 yesterday - it is the Greatest Hits edition with red casing.
 
Also I guess the other benefit about ordering the game on Black Friday is that AC counted as $20 towards free shipping (the discount was applied after the total), so you only had to spend $5 more for free shipping. Those without Prime have to spend another $15 to get free shipping now.

I meant one time as in that'd be the best deal for that particular item during this black friday sale. You know, a lightning deal being the best deals they can offer.

I've been around long enough to know how these things work.
 
I've been waiting for a deal on this! I never tried the first one. I rented the second on a whim and am in love. I'm going to try and get through the main story before i need to return it, then buy it once it hits $30 or lower. Anyway, i grabbed a copy today.

Don't. It's worth playing now. It's the Empire Strikes Back of video games. I can't think of another game sequel that outdid its predecessor in every single aspect.
