Audio problem with Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

I just started playing this tonight. Alot of the times during cut scenes and during gameplay, the audio cuts in and out during the voice acting. It is really annoying. Does this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, this actually happened to me in the 360 version.

Seemed fine for me although I've only played 1 -2 hour of the campaign. Multiplayer made me forget about the rest of the game.

played through the whole thing and didn't notice this problem. 360 version not installed.

I tried dusting the connection port like a friend suggested. I also switched out HDMI cables to no success. For what it's worth, I played another game without the problem, and watched two blu's with clear audio but I am still having brotherhood problems. It is agrivating but it hasn't stoped me from playing the game yet.
