I was thinking of getting a new audio set for my new HDTV. Right now the tv has this imitation of surround sound ,but the bass is quite low. My room is about 12-17 feet so I thought of getting the SONY SS-B1000 bookshelf audio pairs. Do they sound good, and can they directly be hooked onto the tv? Another choice is a 5.1 surround set, the Logitech Surround Z506. I do not have a receiver. I am cheap and I only like these for now, which is better?
