well i can vouch for this guy, which i know does not mean much, but i do have 400+ 100% positive feedbank rank for the last 6 years on ebay so maybe that will help in your decision to bid or not.

Should of had your cousin build up his feedback to +5 by buying some cheap stuff or selling a few low price items. Then a month later sell his rare stuff. Probally would of saw an 20% increase in final profit.
