xbox has the best lineup IMO this year, I know everybody has heard all the hype with fable and halo 2. I think that having a capcom vs snk and dead or alive both online is so great and puts the xbox over the competition this year.
Thanks for posting it, looks kinda weak though, hopefully they'll be other stuff but I doubt it
I hope he's just kidding. Unless all you play is RPG's, I don't see how the Xbox doesn't have the most impressive lineup of games now and coming out this year.

Bards Tail...? What's your point? Look at Ninja Gaiden. That's a "rehash" from the past. Hardly something to scoff at.

I think he was serious. He wasn't mocking the fact that the game is a remake of a really old game, he was simply recalling the good times he had on his Apple II with said franchise. Therefore, he is excited at the possibility of playing it on his state-of-the-art system a couple decades later.

Personally, I only picked out 7 I'm looking forward to, and maybe half of those will be games I actually buy.

I'll likely buy Rocky Legends, Mortal Kombat Deception, Halo 2, and Star Wars Battlefront. I'll consider Starcraft: Ghost, Fable, and Conker if they turn out good. If the EA games are finally on XBox Live this year I may get one or two.
dont call me stupid but i thought halo 2 was gonna come out late fall
Ok, then I won't... =P

EB seems set on the September 2nd launch date, but I think its so late already MS won't mind pushing it back another couple of months to take advantage of the holiday season.

This list of Xbox games of 2004 really shows you that for each potentially good game (Halo 2, Fable Chronicles of Riddick, Goldeneye 2, and Star wars: Republic Commando) comes 20 crap ass games

Pure Pinball
Digimon Rumble Arena 2
Rent A Hero No. 1
Samurai Jack: The Shadow of Aku
The Mummy
Metal Slug 3
Rallisport Challenge 2
Strike Force Bowling
Future Tactics: The Uprising
Shrek 2

FILA World Tour Tennis

Outlaw Golf 2
Plague of Darkness
Spy vs. Spy

and much much more

Personally, I'm looking forward to He-Man: Defender of Greyskull greatly.

BAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHH.

In all seriousness, though, it looks like the rest of 2004 will be a really good year for the X Box. I'm hoping "Chronicles of Riddick" turns out to be as cool as it possibly could be, that one has potential. And you never know, "Spy vs. Spy" could be good. Or Strike Force Bowling...now THERE's a title with promise coming out of its shoddily-made wazoo.

Rent A Hero No. 1
Metal Slug 3
Full Spectrum Warrior
Jade Empire
MechAssault 2
The Bard's Tale

quirky oldschool, sim combat with a dash of action and it will be a solid 04 line up not up to par with ps2 imo but im also not exciting about HALO/Fable/TFLO/etc

JE is definetely my top priority as i was extremely impressed with KOTOR last year
