thanks OP, but i want to confirm that B2G1 is available for Blu-ray as well? the web site does not explicitly say B2G1 for BR discs (seems to say for normal DVD though) or maybe it could be just me reading it all wrong.

Venture Season 3 is overpriced but I can't deny that show.

Ebates.com has Warner Bros listed, for a 4% cash back. I've used the site for years to get cash back. While I've not tried it with WB, I just placed an order at WB and used it, so it may be worth a shot for you, too. Enjoy!

If you already ordered once then it's one coupon per account. You have to make another account per order. You can use the same Billing/Shipping Address/Payment Information. I just used a different e-mail.

If you didn't put an order in already... I guess it expired?

Yep, received confirmation yesterday; both Watchmen: Motion Comic (SD) and The Orphanage (Blu) are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. True Romance, as it's a pre-order, has obviously not shipped yet.
 
Strange. I asked b/c the delivery date is still scheduled for 4/23, and today it still says 'in process.' Guess I'll find out soon enough.
 
I ordered mine on Sat too and the original e-mail does have 4/23 as scheduled date of delivery. When I log into their website, it states "shipped". No tracking number for me yet.
 
they are horrible at actually updating the status. i received an order once and it still said processing... for 3 weeks. my card wasnt charged though.
 
I got an e-mail from them last night after e-mailing them on Thursday. Basically, the items are backordered even though it says its still in stock. Whatever. I'm not in a rush, I just got a little peeved they would charge my credit card and my items still haven't shipped.
 
Update: They shipped it tonight. Should be getting it on Friday per the tracking info.

I called earlier in the week and they told me to check back with them tomorrow, but no need for that now. I'll probably shop with them again if they have this kind of sale because their prices as is beats most of the stuff I look for on Amazon.
 
These assholes....I ordered The Matrix,Watchmen Motion Comic & Speed Racer (ALL BR) and they sent me the dvd version of Watchmen instead...This wouldn't be a big deal with most sites since u can call customer service but there is no number on the site..and I've never gotten a response from them via email (3 emails sent in the past and counting)..

I finally find a number I can call from them (via google,not their site) but it says unless your order was placed before march 5 you can only email them...this is some bullshit

I called them about my order which didnt ship after a week and they were very very nice to deal with. The lady helping me manually seperated my order from pre-order and out of stock items so that my in stock items would ship. My package should be here by today.
Their customer service really isnt that terrible, at least from what I experienced.
 
as with all customer service, you need to talk to the right person. you know someone who cares about their job and will help you as opposed to not caring and not helping at all and are rude.

Nice,thanks for the number..I was referring to their email customer service since I never get a response but here's hoping their phone customer service can get the job done.

Update: After calling the woman was very helpful and their shipping me out the BR version and told me to keep the DVD version as well...pretty good....

Gunm-I know coupon says "select" discs are B3g1, but I just wanted to say that I tried it with all pre-orders and it didn't take the discount. Then I tried it again, and added 4 copies of a title that was already released and it did work.
