Backlog problem

I've got an interesting backlog problem. I pulled the trigger on Halo 4 when it was on sale @ MicroCenter for $30 a few months back and I finally got around to finally opening it. Thing was, there was nothing inside. Nada. Bupkis. The only thing inside was the 14 day Xbox Gold Trial Code. I still have the receipt and I didn't open the package all the way. Who exactly should I address this with or am I just out $30?

No, not yet. I only minutes ago found the bag & receipt. I got it from MicroCenter on Jan. 31 when Halo 4 started getting sold for half off by retailers. I guess I'll go to there tomorrow and see what happens.
 
I actually got a copy! I talked to a manager and told them what happened. I got some funny looks but I showed them the case and that I didn't take anything out. I also had my receipt and I brought everything I bought that day. I can't blame them for looking at me funny in a sense, since the purchase was made on January 31.

 
Hence why even if I get something on the cheap, I always always always open it right away.  Never understood why anyone would buy something and not at least open it.

 
Ugh... Makes my stomach turn when I think about this! I don't always open my stuff when I get it, I put it on the shelf until I get time to play it, makes me think twice about opening some of my stuff right now!
