Backwards Compatible PS3

Looking for the best possible deal on a BC PS3. I'm looking to shy away from Craigslist (too many scammers out there) Thanks guys for any and all help.

Not a great deal, but Gamestop is selling 20s 60s and BC 80s on their website.

Used and the same price as an 80 gig? Ouch. A solid gold free controller couldn't save that.
