It's the combo pack from the old Xbox 360 arcade bundle last year. I picked it up at their physical store location in Anaheim, CA. They also have them listed on their Amazon store. I never played Banjo-kazooie and wanted to, and thought I'd get Viva Pinata for my nephew to play. Thought I'd post just in case anyone has missed out on either of these games like me.
Thanks! Do you know what the packaging looks like?
Yes it comes in one gray case like the Platinum Hits cases, with both games, and instruction books inside. Found these images on google, it's just like these.

Great games, great prices! Highly recommended. B&K is worth hours just on core gameplay, then add in much more to get completion. Viva Pinata, I still play every once and a while, and every time, I get drawn in for five or more hours at a time. It's addictive to say the least.

Viva the Rare of Old! Boo to Kinect Sports :(
