I got it new for Xbox at EB a couple weeks ago for $10. It's definitely worth it, but the difficulty is insane for those who don't use cheats.

My local B&M stores didn't have any sealed copies for Xbox, so I went ahead and did the Price Grabber rebate with the PS2 model instead.
