Barnes and Noble Pick up in store question

This isn't really asking advice on a deal per se, but the Kid Icarus guide is up for pre-order on B&N.com for 38% off. No pick up in store option even though it was supposed to be released yesterday (now pushed back to tomorrow). Shipping kinda kills the deal, so I was wondering if anyone knew about how long after a book becomes available does the pick up in store option usually become available. As well, are there any free shipping codes for the site floating around?

Get a two-month trial to the B&N Club, which will give you free shipping. Cancel it before the two months is up and you're good to go, or set it not to auto-renew.
