Batman Arkham Origins-Blackgate (Vita) $10 credit w/preorder on Amazon

Perhaps this is old news or posted somewhere else, but I thought this was a great deal to get $10 credit back even on a vita preorder of this game.  Haven't seen much on this game on the vita, so a bit of a gamble but what CAG doesn't like a credit, get credit back, vita gamble?

Old, been there for awhile.  I've been wondering though if they would give a $10 credit for preordering this and then another for getting one of the console versions.  They say only one credit per household per item but the handheld versions are different games and of course different systems.

The credit is just a promotional credit that expires by a certain date right? Its not $10 actually deposited into your account?
