Secondspin only takes in complete, SCRATCHLESS items, so other than the big "USED" sticker they put on the case (get your goo remover ready) everything should be in great condition.. Their shipping varies from where you live. I cant quite remember where they ship from, but i think it only took 6 business days the last time i ordered.
