Batman: Brave & the Bold games-and good?

Wolfpup

CAGiversary!
I'm feeling like these might be a solid way to burn credit, and I like 2D action games :)

I'm reading the reviews, and IGN gave the DS game a higher score, but doesn't really say if they're the same game or not. The DS one has an upgrade system, but that isn't mentioned for the Wii one.

Anyone have both or either of these? Can you recommend one or both?

The complaints for the Wii one-that it's too simple or something-aren't an issue for me, I just care if it's fun.

I hate the Brave and the Bold show (back when I had cable), but as a GAME it actually sounds like a solid premise.

I actually played a little bit of both. I think the DS game is better. They are very similar in style but appear to be different games...at least from the first few levels. Something about the way the Wii game controls just feels akward as compared to the DS version. The Wii has voice acting but it is a bit over the top cheesy...I'm guessing like the show? They both have an upgrade system. The DS game let me play as Plastic Man (which is surprisingly awesome) already where as in the Wii game I only got helper characters (green arrow shooting a storm of arrows and then leaving). The only thing I don't know either is the length of each game. I'm not that far in to either but if I had to choose one...it would be the DS version.
