I would recommend playing the demo first, it is a bit quirky and does have some charm. Not sure if it's a buy though. This is from a guy who bought it ages ago.

I bought it to supplement my Blazblue addiction. It's a fun little fighter. Not worth full price but definitely worth 13$.
