Bausch & Lomb Horizon Rewards Program is a rewards/loyalty program for Bausch & Lomb products & activities. Rewards include gift cards, donations, & sweepstakes.

It is free to join & you do not have to be a contact lens wearer.

To earn points/tokens, you can complete readings, watch videos, answer very brief surveys, & submit purchases/receipts to earn tokens which can then be redeemed for rewards.

Their website periodically updates the activity page that allows you to earn points simply by clicking on the activity.

The points are very easy to earn with the activities & add up rather quickly. 

You can find the codes in some of their emails that they send out (they're usually in small print towards the end).

I always miss them & do not use them in time before they expire. I'm hoping this page will help everyone to redeem those codes.
