Is this a good deal? Anyone have this TV? Figured I could get this package, dump the 360 for $200 and final price the TV for $399.

I recently bought a TC-L32X1 which is very similar to that one. I've only had it for about a week but it is really great. The picture is fantastic for a 32" and the sound is much better than most TVs its size.

I spent a long time debating between a 32" panasonic or the equivalent samsung, and after reading lots of reviews I went with the Panasonic. Most people have nothing buy good things to say about it.

I bought this yesterday morning, and I'm very happy with the TV. Definitely a good deal. I already have a 360, so planning on selling the bundled one.

I bought the 32" Dynex from Best Buy for $300 when it was on sale a couple Fridays ago, but wasn't impressed with it. I'll be returning it now that I've got the Panny.

How would this TV compare? I am interested in this deal, but the Panasonic lacks RCA's out, so my wirelessw headphones would not work unless I got creative with a system selector.

You can get this TV and a 360 Pro for about the same price at DELL. Any suggestions?
