Basically, it's a combined wireless headset AND stereo headphone(s) for the XBox and Xbox 360.

YMMV only because it's clearance'd out. I only accidentally came across it at Best Buy. I remember eying this thing a year ago when it was $120! It's probably clearanced cuz it looks like there is going to be a X3 (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8529979&st=turtle+beach&lp=1&type=product&cp=1&id=1186007992061). Regardless though, this is one heckuva price drop!

The X2s are great, especially at that price. Only wish it had separate volume control for game and mic.

Also, I'd recommend staying away from the X3s, at least until they can fix the hissing in the headset.
 
Doesn't Wombat use these? If is was him I remember him ranting about how much he likes them, if it wasn't Wombat I'm sorry, I may have been cheating on you with another podcast. But either way, I'm going to see if they have these by me because someone, somewhere was ranting about how great they were!
 
Thanks OP, I picked one up at the Overland Park, KS BB (on Quivira rd). It was marked at 70 but rang up at 32. I've been wanting some cheap wirless headphones for the 360, these work nicely.

It'll depend on the type of out put your computer has for speakers. I'm pretty sure you can buy an adapter though if ou have the wrong kind. I'm not sure about being able to use the microphone though.
 
Found a pair at Best Buy yesterday for 31.49. I really like them so far. There is a noticeable hiss when there isn't any other audio output coming through, but for the most part they're a vast improvement over just using my televisions built-in speakers.
