BBV - $10 Blu-Ray trade-in, $10 GamePass gift card [CAN]

Went to Blockbuster and the clerk informed me that they are accepting minimum $10 for Blu-Ray trade-ins. I thought this would be a good opportunity to dump some stuff to count towards credit there.

Funny enough, I went to BBV's site to find proof of this and nothing. But I did find this, which was news to me:

$10 Blu Ray minimum? You have no idea how happy that makes me. With the 2 for 30, its like trading in 3 older blu rays for 2 relatively new-releases.
I can probably find at least 3 to get rid of, probably a lot more.

I know they have a list of most wanted that trade in for minimum 10$.
I traded Sweeney Todd on that list, got 10$ (paid 10$ almost 2 years ago)

Do you have to have a BBV membership to trade in stuff? And if so... is it the one you have to pay for?

FYI this is not a $10 minimum promo, it is a $8 minimum, and very few movies will hit $10. I brought in about 15 blurays and 2 were $10, the rest were $8, including Gamer and Gran Torino, which were previously $5 there during Boxing Week.
