They had those separately from the games at the midnight launch last night when I was there.

You can check your rewards history to see if the 500 pts attached to anything -- it usually takes a few days to a week after shipping/pick up for the preorder bonus to become pending so I doubt its showing in your account alrdy

Canceling the PC version shouldn't be a problem -- it'll attach to XB1 version in a few days since that's the only fulfilled preorder it'll find

If for some reason you don't get the 500 pts in 20 days then you can have BB manually add them to your account

just picked up tomb raider and pop up case.. no issues. Mine were seperated so no free copy of the game for me.. lucky if you guys got two copies.

also purchased F04 + Halo 5 + used my coupon for free insignia bluetooth speaker

I think i've read in the forums of users having a similar issues. Sometime's they've responded with your order was done after midnight or something similar. I think the purchase date/time is what matters. Not 100% sure though.

Thanks guys. I just got a PS4 yesterday so was a last minute Fallout 4 order. Might do the B2G1 at Target then and let my BB pickup order cancel itself.

I think I screwed up. I preorder black ops 3 for ps4 and used a 5 dollars rewards certificate as part of the payment. does this void the $10 preorder bonus?? I can't believe I did that shit

 
no, you can pay the whole thing off with reward certs (I have) when you preorder games and you still get the $10 bonus, as long as you don't return it

the only exception is in store, you can't use certs on preorders in store for some weird reason.  you should never put more than $5 in store preorders anyways, since it doesn't factor in GCU until you pickup.

^ it doesnt factor in but you can just pay the amount it would be when you pickup with GCU. like for me with tax a regular game is 52.31 so i just prepay that if i want to pay in full

 
Nice to see people got (2) copies of TR along with their slipcase....or even a slipcase itself....my BB didn't get any at all and said they'd call at the end of the week or next week if/when they get some.

I tried to do store pickup for the cover but no store had any or allowed it. Had to get it shipped separately from my TR store pickup.
 
Sorta off topic, but this is a question for anyone who had the NBA Jordan edition. People said the code was giving a full edition. For those who have used that code, do you still the full digital edition?
 
I just picked up my copy of Tomb Raider no slipcase but they did give me a collector's edition hardback guide. I was on the phone and didn't know it wasn't the extra item until I read these posts.
 
Hadn't even picked up my copy of Tomb Raider yet and they emailed me the code for the Sparrowhawk pack already. The email confused me cause I thought it said I picked up my game already.

So there was an issue with the 5/24 order that had the special 50% off pricing and I had to cancel the remaining games and place a new order on 10/23 for the same games with the prices adjusted to 50% off. Great right?

Well, Fallout gold had the season pass glitch and, since that was in my 10/23 order, it reset all the prices back to normal.

I just had to spend 20 mins on the phone to get credited back the amount on the 3 games that have been shipped from that order and was instructed that I'm going to have to do this again and again to get credited back. I guess it's worth it but I have like 9 games left to be delivered. At least the rep put in detailed notes and instructions for the next rep. And gave me a case number for this issue.
 
Well I have mixed feelings about Best Buy right now.  Halo 5 points just posted so that is great. I got the free Fallout 4 SP and that is even better. But, they have not shipped my FO4 yet, my BLOPS3 points are not pending, and they did not have the TR pop-up when I picked up my pre-order.  I was hoping to have 3 out of 4 certs available by BF but I am not so sure right now.

All my transactions the last three days have yet to even show up online. Had issues yesterday in store reprinting a receipt from earlier that day due to these issues. Not sure what is going on.

Yeah I am not sure exactly what is going on with mine. My main page says I have 500 points pending (the Halo 5 points posted) but when I click on the BLOPS3 purchase there is no mention of the 500 points. Like with most things I just need more patience.

You may have mentioned this already (too lazy to look back through the thread), but when did you preorder BLOPS 3? I placed my preorder back in May during the half-off glitch, and we've seen that earlier preorders tend to get the 500 points posted faster.

Yeah mine was like 2 days before the release date so I am sure that is why it is taking longer. I am sure it will work out. I did a similar thing with Halo 5 and the points went to pending within a day so I am just wondering why it has not at least done that for BLOPS3 yet.

Microsoft probably has something to do with it. Best Buy is always really quick to add MS-exclusive games to this promo while leaving Sony-exclusive (or mainly Sony-supported, like BLOPS 3) in the dust. :whistle2:$

Ugh. Pre-ordered Tomb Raider last week with an expected delivery date of tomorrow. I was going to cancel over the weekend and get it in-store with Halo but it went into shipping on Friday or Saturday. There it sat, "awaiting UPS pickup" until this morning, when the delivery date was updated to Monday the 16th... I'm getting the pop-up cover and I've got Fallout to keep me busy, but it's a bummer. TR looks so good!

 
well my preordered pip boy edition arrived yesterday from best buy .com (or to my buyer i should say)

first time ever i get a game on release day from Best Buy. May consider their shipping option more now when I can't pick up.

Whaa? So are you saying the jordan edition came with a physical and digital copy?

 
I almost ended up with a free copy of TR like some of you guys, but the person at CS caught it before I left the store (I had a second piece of business to take care of with TR). I asked the CS rep if the girl at In-Store pickup would have been in trouble if I walked out with a "free" copy and she said, "Yes, but I had to tell a manager anyway." While I would enjoy a free copy of the game just like everyone else, it's not worth getting someone else in trouble (especially when she is very nice).

no when the game first released and I think this only apply to the Xbox one version it was downloading a full digital copy of the game and you were able to trade the disc back in and still kept the digital copy. More then likely fixed by now but idk

Basically what dreamer said. But I bought it this past week and didn't want to open it until I got confirmation that people were still able to play it like that. I did redeem the code and what do you know? It gave me the full edition of NBA. So now, I will be trading it disc only to Best Buy.

Sucks I originally bought the regular edition. I was really torn on whether or not getting the Jordan edition was worth it. After seeing the items it came with, I passed. Now I traded my regular one last week to BB and now got this. It was an extra $17.xx on release if I had gone that route. Now in total, it's an extra $26.xx making it $78.xx instead of the $69.xx I would've paid on release. But overall it is worth it since I'm essentially getting two copies, one for myself and one for my 12 year old brother who recently got into 2K.

Nice.. too bad no copies in store near me.. and probably it wouldnt work for shipping .. but who knows.

Yes. There's an insert for the DLC code in there. I just redeemed it, then tried the game because it was already installed prior. I had Tomb Raider in the console, and it launched and I played no problems. I ordered it for shipping, so it should work.

I was already going to pre-order Battlefront and the Season Pass, so that is awesome.
