It prints on your pickup receipt (in store buy) or sent via email (online) its not an in box code. The in box codes were for zombie mode (useless since it was released free) and umm I think a psn/gold trial.

ebay scammers don't bother with minor crap like these DLC codes, its not worth the time and effort. I try to sell all of mine, sometimes you get good money like this/dragon age and sometimes you get just a few bucks (unity, destiny) but still worth it since it recoups all your costs into the game. Never been scammed once. Its high price physical stuff like consoles or rare collectors stuff that draw the scammers and troll bidders.

if you do list it always use buy it now, the people who want these kind of things want it NOW they don't want to be stuck on a stupid auction. never understood the people who decide to just put it up for regular auction.

I email the buyer before shipping and ask if they actually want the code mailed to them, or emailed right away. In my experience, majority just want the code right away.

all i had was an email, so that was pretty much my only option, other than i guess printing it out and sending it.

 
Buying codes for outfits in a game played from the first person perspective that have no stat benefits has to be one of the dumber things someone can do. Props to you for taking advantage of a fool.

depends on how much money you have. for some, $20 is pocket change. also for co op, it sets you apart from your party. so your friends see your gear. this morning with randoms, 3 people had the exact same outfit. i dont know what mine looked like, maybe we all 4 had the same

You have to remember that this is CheapAssGamers. Even if $20 is pocket change for some the thought of spending $20 for DLC for us is a :shame:

if you really wanna make some money see if you still have a destiny blacksmith shader code, you got it only from gamestop for preordering COD:AW.  I thought I had one extra and was gonna put it up on ebay but I think my wife threw away the receipt it was on :(  When I checked this weekend a bunch had sold for $100-200, which is fucking insane for a stupid shader for your armor that looks like crap.

I wish I could strip the DLC code from my account and sell it lol

but those same people will spend an entire afternoon and 1/4 tank of gas moving credit and flipping to make $20. i consider my hourly rate. for some people, the thrill is in the chase, for others, it's just the most efficient use of their money...

you could have just said, remember, this is CAG (and the internet) so people will judge you for something and tell you you're doing it wrong.

More often than not it doesn't work out that way, but I managed to sell the Dying Light bonuses for 37 dollars. Couldn't believe. Told the buyer it was not too late to cancel since this is not the full game, just some preorder dlc and he said "I know. Thanks." I still can't believe it

GameStop wouldn't make the expiration that soon. Since CoD release November 2014, they would make the expiration 12/31/15 rather than only giving 2 months to redeem.

Well technically the Shader was only available as a bonus until 9/21 (almost two weeks after Destiny came out) so that's another ~3 months for it to be redeemed. But either way I can't IMAGINE why it goes for so much...I don't even use the damn thing. :)

ha nice, I was looking at sold/completed auctions and saw the highest one of those sold for was $37 so I'm assuming that's you. I sold mine earlier for $30 which I think is awesome. I think everyone is buying it to be the ninja.

 
Just put it up as soon you get it. And make you are very clear that it is only dlc codes and not the game. 1 day Auction if you want to make sure it sells, Buy it now if you can figure out the market price.

I want to give you a hug LOL, my day one order for Atlas pro never shipped on time, so I went into the store at midnight to get my copy and was able to score in store, so when my order arrived I returned the other one. Because of that, I got two codes. I used one up the day i got it in my email (I've only played destiny up to level 13 so I can't even equip it) but just sold the other one for a pretty penny l0l.

Slightly off topic, but I picked up my pre-order of Dying Light today from a $5 deposit and I don't see any mention of the pre-order DLC on the receipt or in my email.  Did a window I wasn't aware of close on me?

 
After playing the Beta I decided to keep my Hardline pre-order, I love BF so this is right up my alley. Hotwire is so much fun with friends and is my new favorite mode. It sucks that's its only 900p on the PS4 though but oh well.

 
yeah I'm kinda torn, the PC version is way, way, way better than the consoles but theres no real discount outside of hola/mexico and even thats like $35.  I think the trade values will be high for a while, so I'm prob gonna preorder on PS4, play the SP campaign, play a bit of MP, and trade it back in.  Can rebuy on PC on black friday when its $10, maybe by then they'll have a date for Star Wars Battlefront as well.

Passing on Evolve though, just won't be any fun trying to play mostly solo.  Hardline has problems solo if you get on a stacked server, but its easy to switch servers and Hotwire is just plain fun for me.

That's not a bad idea, and Im skipping Evolve too. I just have no interest in it at all.

 
BF: HL beta was quite disappointing.  don' play much fps multi-player anymore and couldn't get into this game at all.  last great mp for me was the original blops.  advance warfare and this felt same ole, same ole... 

good thing there's this beta, helped me save $41 buckaroo (after taxes - 10 cert)....

Yeah, Hotwire is the only mode that actually captures the feel of cops n robbers chases, it's pretty cool. And, although I would prefer playing on PC, I agree that I'll probably do this BB promo for PS4 version and then trade it in after a couple of weeks.
